A gentle space to be seen, heard, and supported

 I offer a safe and gentle space for children, young people, and adults who may be navigating emotional pain, trauma, grief, or feeling lost within their experiences. 


My work is trauma-informed and grounded in compassion, creating an environment where each person can feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that meets them where they are. 


For children and young people, this may look like expression through play and creativity, while adults are supported through conversation and reflection. 


This is a space where there is no pressure to have the right words — just an opportunity to be met with care, and to reconnect with hope, safety, and a deeper sense of meaning. 


You don’t have to have it all figured out.
